All positive experience, from check-in through consult and exit. Appreciated the pleasant view out the windows in the exam room and the picture on the ceiling, but most importantly the expertise, patience, and competence of each staff member encountered.

I dont write a lot of reviews, especially negative ones but we were so unhappy and shocked about the situation I thought it was important to do so. Both the initial phone call to the Bradenton (59th st.) office and subsequent phone calls were not up to par when its comes to customer service. The first call for an inital appointment the receptionist was short and ride. I thought maybe she was having a bad day. My daughter went in and ended up having a root canal. 4 days later she now has an abscess. She was in a lot of pain. Monday morning comes and I call the same office, not sure if it's the same recptionist, but again she was so rude and told me to call another office because the Doctor wasn't in. She didnt even say goodbye she just hung up. I called the other office and Corey was super nice and helpful. Later in the day our pharmacy still hadn't recieved the prescription and I asked my husband to call as I was with a client. He accidentally called the 59th st. Office and again the lady who answered the phone was so rude my husband was shocked. He then called the other office and again Corey was nice and helpful. I can not believe the rudeness and unprofessionalism of the staff responsible for point of contact with customers. The experience with the Dentist was ok, he was knowledgeable and nice. However, both my husband and I own local businesses and we will not be referring our friends and clients there.
