With the exception of Sherry, who answered the phone when I first called for an appointment and went out of her way to be as unhelpful as possible, my experience with the other office employees and Dr. Strimer was excellent. If you call for an appointment and wind up speaking with Sherry I suggest you ask to speak with someone else, like Jackie, who actually wants to help you.
