I was somewhat apprehensive, as this was my first visit at an endodontist practice. First, I was impressed with their website, which was had some very beneficial information about the practice and also I was able to complete my history information totally online. When I arrived for the appointment, the staff had uploaded all of my information and had verified all of my dental insurance benefits. I did not need to do anything else. Within five minutes of my arrival, I was called back for my visit with Dr. Joseph DeJongh. No wait! The dr. explained what the exam would entail and then proceeded to inform me of the exact nature of what needed to be done next. The check-in/check-out staff was very professional and helpful as well. I was quite impressed with the practice and my experience with them.
