Everything went smoothly Doctor explained procedures nicely

Everything done by the doctor and his nurse was smoothe sailing and pain-free both visits and I was impressed with the doctors bedside manner and genuine caring for my situation. He helped me after discussing a few personal things and told his staff. Yet after the root canal was complete a different staff member in manatee at the desk during check out told me that I had to pay more than the doctor and I agreed upon. This wasn't done nicely at all. She was curt, quite rude and very harsh and mean about it. This was not the way, I'm sure, the doctor would like his office represented and I felt after a few months I'd write to share the very unpleasant end to my overall wonderful experience. If I had someone like her working for me she would no longer have a job. Feel free to call me if you want more details. Thank you again doctor for your kind help.

Friendly, comfortable and service driven. I was told how much my root canal would be when I made the appointment and that’s how much it was.
