We started out today with a request from the dental office for me to change the time to half an hour earlier. Next came a a call to change the time to 15 minutes later. I arrived 17 minutes after the stated time. We began the procedure, when halfway through, the dentist wraps it up and tells me I’ve got to come back - as it turns out three weeks later. I have to drive back up to Bradenton again. I have to go through numbing and the entire dental procedure, apparently because this office is so tightly scheduled. The receptionist did not tell me that it was crucial that I arrive exactly on the dot, or there would not be enough time to complete the procedure. If she had, that would’ve changed what I did, I don’t feel good about how this has played out.

So friendly and wonderful. Can’t wait to come back. && I don’t love dental work. The office staff is engaging and helpful and the dentist I saw was extremely comforting when I expressed that I have anxiety about the care I am going to require. There was no shame involved, which was nice because my dental health is not the best.

Best customer service ever! 2pm on a Friday afternoon, Im in extreme pain… Was referred to Manatee Endodontics I asked if they could squeeze me in the following week. They asked how bad my pain was, put me on hold and came back to say get here now and we will ease your pain. They were closing at 2 but stayed open for me to drive 30 minutes to them and then perform a root canal. Amazing staff and doc was so nice and gentle-Took a little nap while he worked. I walked out in such a relief of no pain and actually got to enjoy my weekend. Would highly recommend! 10 out of 10!!!!
