Everyone was very pleasant and knowledgeable during my visit. I had been in a lot of pain and they were able to schedule me into the office very quickly. Dr. De Jongh was wonderful and precise with his procedure. I really appreciate their time and their effort to take care of my needs. Thank you so much for everything.

Dr. De Jongh was meticulous in his procedure while I watched the entire process on my 97 year old spouse, and he patiently described the X-rays of the results.

I called to get an emergency appointment and the staff was so professional and got me in the next day. This was in addition to their office working with the VA for my care. The entire staff were pleasant and addressed my urgent issue right away.

MANATEE-ENDODONTICS The staff and Dr. Strimer deserve a ten star review. Because, the staff, facility, and equipment of Manatee-Endodontics is very up to date and cutting edge. My having Parkinson’s disease was not an issue even with all my quirks and tremors. Thank you for your professionalism. I look forward to seeing you again. The VA community care department needs to improve. When I submit a Request for VA community care, it’s apparent it is sidelined. Nothing happens for at least two weeks and that’s only after I call to get a status on my application. Telling the VA community care office that I am in pain has no effect on an application for process Improvement. Nothing happens for at least two weeks and that’s only after I call to get a status on my application. However, Speed and accuracy are essential. This department must hire more staff, pay them well, so there’s no turnover, and adjust current staff members to the new rates.
