The staff was friendly and efficient which made the experience comforting and pleasant. Dr. DeJongh was excellent. He thoroughly explained all aspects of care & procedures. I never felt like I was rushed or pressured into a course of treatment. He warned me about feeling pain during diagnostic procedures; but, explained the necessity to determine the health of my tooth. The root canal itself was painless. I was offered pain medication before leaving the office. I would highly recommend this practice.
