Dr. Fabre was raised in Lyons, New York.  He earned his B.S. degree at Tulane University, his D.D.S. degree at Case Western Reserve University, and his M.S. in Oral Biology/Endodontics at Northwestern University. In December, 2001, having completed twenty-two years of service, Dr. Fabre retired as a Captain from the U.S Naval Reserves.  He has practiced Endodontics in Bradenton since 1995, and is past president of the Manatee County Dental Society.  He enjoys living in Bradenton with his wife, Kim, and son, Nicolas.
